The Five Cent Triangle Horse Ranch
Frequently Asked Questions

What is The Five Cent Triangle?

The Five Cent Triangle is a horse ranch located in Laverne Oklahoma. Owned by Janice N. Chapman with Internet interface done by Travis McDougald (better known as keivamp on the internet.)

What kind of horses do you have?

Currently we have American Quarter Horse's , Arabian's , Appaloosa's , and some Paint Horses

What kind of stallion do you use?

Our current stallion is Scooter, a palomino American Quarter Horse.

Why a palomino stallion? Are you trying to breed more Palomino's and Dun's?

Because Janice N. Chapman likes palomino studs. If we get palominos and duns that would be great, if not that is great also. We have some wonderful colors in our mares and hope to produce a lot of different colored foals. Palomino is a popular color on a horse.

Why do you only have a few horse breeds listed on your horse information?

I listed relevant information about our horses. The breed information pages only deal with the breeds we currently have, if we get more breeds then I will add pages about them.

What are the ranch goals?

Our goals here at The Five Cent Triangle are pretty simple. We intend to breed and raise high calibur horses, this is our main focus. Though we have cattle, chickens, ducks, a donkey and a dog, our plan is for horses. We have spent alot of time, money, and energy collecting some of the best bloodlines. Take a look at our horse page to see the specifics on the horses. The goal here is to produce healthy foals with the liniage to be able to be trained for any single dicipline or combinations of disciplines.

Where are you located?

The Five Cent Triangle has just relocated to 7 miles west of Pratt Kansas

Are all of your horses registered?

For the most part yes, and all of thier bloodlines are linked. Some horses are Grade (unregistered)for selling or for working.
